Does the model handle SAFEs and notes?
Yes—discount and cap are applied on a best-of basis, with optional interest and term for notes. Conversions use the post top-up, pre-round share price.
How do you treat option pool expansions?
Choose pre- or post-money. Pre-money top-ups dilute everyone ahead of the round; post-money hits after new capital is in. We show the new pool shares explicitly.
Will you email the results?
